Claim Unclaimed Property

Notice is hereby given that the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District has been holding funds for the following persons/entities for three years or more. If said funds are not claimed by May 17, 2022 (45 days after notice publication), the funds will become property of the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District. These funds may be released to the owner, their heir, beneficiary, or duly appointed representative provided a claim form has been completed with necessary information established entitlement to the funds.  

The following list of disbursements or deposits are unclaimed by the listed names and held by the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District. If you have a claim of entitlement to the funds, please obtain an Unclaimed Property Claim Form by contacting the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District, 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA  94590, by phone at (707) 644-8949, by email at UnclaimedProperty@vallejowastewater.org, or by downloading from this webpage. Proper proof of entitlement and current identification must be provided before funds will be released. Funds not claimed by May 17, 2022 become the property of the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District. This notice and its contents are in accordance with California Government Code Section 50051.

All amounts listed for each individual are currently held in the Wastewater Fund, Upper Lateral Fund, and Stormwater Fund, and unclaimed amounts will be allocated to each as appropriate.
